Former Big Brother and page 3 star Samantha Fox cleared of assaulting wife as she faces sentencing for lesser charges
Samantha Fox has been exonerated of the accusation of beating her wife, and she is scheduled to be sentenced today for offenses that are less serious.
The beauty model and former Big Brother contestant was scheduled to appear in court on Monday at the Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court. She is accused of abusing her girlfriend Linda Olsen by hitting her at Heathrow Airport on December 3, 2023.
It has been claimed that the alleged incident prevented an aircraft from London to Munich from taking off to begin its journey.
It is well knowledge that the assault case was dismissed after modifications to the evidence brought to the realization that there was no longer a reasonable possibility of conviction.
During a court hearing in April, the 58-year-old individual had previously entered a guilty plea to the charges of being drunk and disorderly, using threatening behavior, and causing harassment, alarm, or distress to a police constable.
On Monday, she will be sentenced for the two accusations that have been brought against her.
Fox reportedly spent the night in a police cell after the alleged altercation that occurred on board the airplane, as stated by reports that were available at the time.
